The Power of Releasing is a most effective and powerful method to clear painful emotions, fears, limiting thoughts and blocks that are holding you back from a fulfilled life, sudccesful relationships and evolving in your spiritual development. What to expect at the Retreat

1. Release and clear sabotaging mindsets and emotional pain using The Power of Releasing for a long weekend under the experienced guidance of Heiko and Selina.
2. Learn how to use and apply a most powerful technique to heal emotional and physical pain in your daily life and with another person.
3. 1 session of Breathwork accompanied by music that takes you on an inner journey to release further.
4. Meditation and healing with sound.
5. 4D/3N with deeper insights. There are only 10 participants max. So you will have a lot of our focused attention.
6. Re-Discover your inner child and allow yourself some pure fun in the river and waterfall. The river, waterfall and natural jacuzzis are free of charge! :D
7. Accommodations and the delicious home-cooked food and BBQ are included in the retreat fee.

About Heiko and Selina Niedermeyer

Heiko and Selina Niedermeyer have taught and worked with The Power of Releasing for a combined 26 years. They learnt the Lindwall Releasing technique directly from the founders, Dr. E.E. and Ruth Lindwall, with whom Heiko and Selina have studied, traveled and worked with for many years.
