Namaste, and welcome to Lightworks Yoga,

A quiet oasis in the city center dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of yoga, we are currently offering classes in Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. Our focus is bringing you small class sizes, personalized instruction, and dedicated teachers. Whether you are an experienced ‘yogi' or an absolute beginner Lightworks has a class that will fit you.

Lightworks is a 100% non-competitive, friendly studio. Students are encouraged to grow and practice at their own pace. Classes are taught in a light, open manner and students are encouraged to ask questions. We are not a fitness gym, or yoga corporation. Rather we are a small studio run by dedicated teachers who take their motivation from the Heart line, not the Bottom line: your personal growth is important to us.

Yoga is a personal journey. Regardless of what type of yoga you choose, it’s important to work at your own pace. The goal of the experience is to improve your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This cannot be achieved if you are in pain, feel inadequate, or are pushing yourself too far too fast. At Lightworks we support you instead to play in our classes.

All classes are open to students of any level, as small class sizes (maximum 10) allows our teachers to attend to the needs and abilities of each student. The general class atmosphere is relaxed and informal. Laughter, joy, and, self discovery are always encouraged! Our goal is to provide a relaxed, friendly and safe space. For students who prefer large packed-out studios with competitive environments and low-priced but non-refundable yearly subscriptions, Lightworks is probably NOT for you!

We encourage you to come and visit our space. All new students are offered a free trial lesson. There is no pressure to join and as always good conversation, and refreshing tea are always on offer.

Kundalini yoga: An ancient form of yoga that has only been practiced in the west relatively recently.
