Expect fun surprises as Kundalini Yoga class-sets vary tremendously and can contain everything from aerobic, strength-training moves to singing and dancing to quiet, reflective meditation. We welcome everyone who is willing to learn with heart, mind, body, and spirit. Kundalini Yoga is not a religion, but rather a practice that can be integrated with any religion or belief system-it's open to everyone who wants to grow.

Blessed to live with the spiritual name as Prem Siri Kaur, it means the Princess/Lioness of Great Divine Love who walks with Grace and Courage throughout her life By way of sheer curiosity, Prem embarked on her journey with Yoga 13 years ago. Since then, life has been most exciting and challenging. All with the intent of molding her into the teacher she is today!

The turning point came when she experienced a chance encounter with Gurmukh Kaur founder of Golden Bridge Yoga in 2001 .Having met her truly inspired Prem to teach and spread the beauty and powers of Kundalini Yoga .Through her daily practice of chanting, meditation and Kundalini Yoga and also embracing a healthy and holistic diet, Prem has allowed her life to be transformed in the most amazing ways. Attracting both Abundance and Joy, it is now her deepest intent to share that with all whom the Universe brings!

Prem travels extensively to India, Paris and Italy yearly to learn, share and reconnect with fellow teachers and students of the Kundalini Yoga community as part of her personal spiritual practice. It is her way of promoting self growth and to bring back the teachings and new experiences to be shared with students in this part of Asia.

Two years ago, Prem felt inclined to take a step further into the practice by studying under the tutelage of the founder and spiritual director of Soulcentre, Vikas Malkani , considered to be one of the top contemporary spiritual teachers in India. She has since managed to develop a deep knowledge and understanding of Yogic Philosophy and the Hindu Scriptures.

Strictly trained under Guru Dharam, author of "The Kundalini Experience", whom is also a direct student of Yogi Bhajan since the 1970s, she has since earned a certification with The School of Kundalini Yoga (London) to teach.

* Yogi Bhajan introduced the sacred science and technology of Kundalini Yoga to the West in 1968. Kundalini Yoga was once taught and passed on only through the line of Kings.

Prem conducts classes inspiring and uplifting those who seeks...to be Bountiful, Beautiful and Blissful. Classes deal with the releasing of emotional issues that society faces today in transition to the Aquarian Age... healing the mental, emotional and physical aspects of themselves along the way and nurturing the Soul who lives within its sacred temple.

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness, as we journey with our practice.. our awareness begins to change and we begin to face our issues in a more positive light.

THE WORLD WILL NEVER CHANGE FOR US, CHANGE COMES FROM WITHIN. IT IS HOW WE DEAL WITH THE WORLD WHICH WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR LIFE?

Prem's classes also focus on Manifesting Abundance. We are all interested in something. Maybe we're looking for a life partner, material wealth or maybe just getting the bills paid. Love, compassion, kindness and generosity - these are the virtues which expand our consciousness so that we can receive the objects of our desire. Fear of the future and a feeling of lack and undeserving creates a blockage within ourselves to manifest. The world is an abundant world, therefore, you should not deny yourself.
