Meditation Classes and Spiritual Talk with Trevor Lee (Every Wednesday)

About the Class (In Trevor’s words)

As I have reached peaceful, blissful states in meditation and have a strong background in psychology and spirituality, my students benefit from my knowledge and insight. The meditations I teach are the Buddhist Loving-kindness meditation and Insight meditation. However, you don’t have to be Buddhist to practice these meditations; Christians, Hindus, New Agers, and people of all religions and philosophies can benefit from meditation without contradicting the true essence of their faith/philosophy.
Although I also give Dharma (Buddhist) talks and trainings to the public, the principles I teach are universal and anyone can benefit from it.

The following is a list of benefits of my meditation class which I have gathered from experience with myself and my clients, as well as my studies:

 - Increased love and compassion for others. From this increased love and compassion love relationships invariably improve, or it becomes easier to find a partner. Do come with your partner if you have one.
 - Family relationships will also tend to improve, as well as work relationships, eg. relationship with bosses, peers and staff.
 - Increased ability to forgive and let go of anger towards people who hurt you or so-called 'enemies'.
 - A calmer, more still mind. Often our minds are running all over the place. It's not even still when we sleep! Learn to to increase inner stillness and peace.
 - Learn how to let go of stress and negative mental states: anger, fear, sadness, guilt, anxiety, even boredom
 - Improve your ability to work on tasks with more clarity and focus. E.g. perform better at work

Overall, the people who have learnt meditation from me have better relationships, less stress, more inner peace and subjective happiness, and with the improved relationships at work have potentially better job prospects.

In monetary terms, you save from decreased doctors visits, decreased hospital bills, and have increased career and thus monetary prospects!

I am happy to teach meditation classes every Wednesday at Lightworks from 7-8pm. The energy exchange is RM35 per session and RM120/month. Do come and benefit from my experience and insight.
　

About Trevor Lee

Trevor is a trainer and personal coach with over ten years experience in psychology and spirituality. He has completed the studies part of his degree for his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Upper Iowa University/ HELP University College and is a certified Stress Management Consultant (Association of Counselors and Therapists, Fl., USA). Over the past 11 years, Trevor has received training, and researched and self-trained vigorously, in the fields of psychology, self-development and spirituality.

Trevor has been conducting courses in Reiki, stress management and emotional and spiritual intelligence for the past two years. For his internship at HELP University College, he designed a Stress Management Program for them.
　

Over the years, Trevor has transformed himself from stressed and depressed to calm, confident and happy. He uses the knowledge he has gained from his studies and personal experience to facilitate the transformation of the lives of his clients. His clients come from all walks of life: businesspeople, the corporate sector, sportspeople, and the social work community.

Trevor has an inborn and trained psychic ability which he uses in the service of others. He has the ability to see auras and chakras, which he uses to help his clients understand themselves better and re-create their lives for the positive.

Trevor enjoys excelling in various fields and helping others excel too. He was an A student in his studying days, and is a second dan black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. He has also acted as an international-level sports-performance coach and coached teenagers in basketball.

Trevor enjoys playing musical instruments, going to the gym, swimming and doing yoga.
